Served from Dec. 1959 when I was assigned to Great Lakes training center, After graduation assigned to NAS Alameda as airman ap., re-assigned to USS Bennington 1960 in time for west pac cruse, one of two I made. Left the ship for reserve duty in Cleveland, Ohio. Went to pilot training after the Navy and flew for thirty four years as private as well as commercial pilot. Still sailing but now with an OFFSHORE 22' sport fisherman.
