Company 503 then returned to GLAKES in the First Company Commander Group
created by the Navy. I was a Company Commander's Aide from 12 DEC
1965 to 6 AUG 1966 when I went to NATTC Memphis for ADJ "A" School.
I was assigned to VP-45 at NAS JAX and mustered in on 8 DEC 1966.
I qualified as a Flight Engineer in February 1968 and flew as Second Mechanic
on Crews 3 and 11 until my separation from active duty on 9 JAN 1969.
Honorably Discharged 19 MAY 1969
