Served from July 1969 to March 1971. Attended NTC San Diego then on to SK A School in San Diego. After A School was assigned to Assault Boat Coxswain's School on Coronado Island, San Diego. Was sent to Danang, Vietnam April 1970 awaiting orders to CBMU 302, Market Time Cam Rahn Bay, Vietnam in September 1970. Received a General under Honorable in March 1971.
