Served at USNH Bainbridge, MD, and USNAS, Minneapolis. I Was on ACDUTRA when the Pueblo incident went down and was frozen for three weeks. Married to Ken Randle who went from SR all the way up to CDR and was XO of the Hospital Corps School, USNH, Bethesda, when he died in 1988, at 30-1/2 years. Am currently Treasurer of the Women Veterans of Nevada (WVON), and belong to Nevada Gems Seaservices, WAVE National, Vice Chairman of Nevada Veterans Assistance League, and do the funeral services at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City, NV, for the indigent veterans. We have an all female team with a live bugler. I also volunteer a minimum of two days a week at the Southern Nevada Veterans Nursing Home. I have served on the Nevada Centennial Committee, the Moving Wall Committee, and participate in the Vietnam Veterans projects to include serving the free Thanksgiving dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe annually. I am also a member of the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery Events Committee, and the Honor Guard Rifle Squad. I am also a member of the Soldier's Angels organization. In addition, I provide hand made baby blankets for the Nellis AFB hospital newborn nursery for those in need.
