1965 went to boot in San Diego, IC A school. Spent 1st enlistment in I Corps Vietnam. Served in submarine SS-302, MSO-427, FF-1083, AD-14, LHA-1, CV-64, BB-64. Shore tours in Great Lakes, Ballast Point San Diego and ADCOP program in Millington TN. Advanced through ICCS and in 1979 commissioned an Ensign in the LDO program. Director of the EM/IC Schools in Great Lakes. Retired 1990 off the Battleship Wisconsin as a LCDR.
