Chief Warrant Officer Kenneth L. Atwood, Jr.

Chief Warrant Officer Kenneth L. Atwood, Jr hails from Redford, Michigan.  He enlisted in the United States Navy in 1984.  He has been stationed at the following commands: 
       
      • Recruit Training Command, Orlando,  
      • NAS Moffett Field 
      • NAS Miramar 
      • VP-91 
      • VAW-88 
      • VA-304 
      • VFA-203 
      • VFA-146 
Prior to his 1997 commissioning, CWO2 Atwood was a Chief Aviation Structural Mechanic.  Warrant Officer Atwood is designated as an Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist and is authorized to wear: 

Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal 
Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (fourth award) 
Meritorious Unit Commendation (with bronze star) 
Battle "E" (fourth award) 
Navy Good Conduct Medal (fourth award) 
National Defense Medal 
Armed Forces Reserve Medal (with bronze hour glass) 
Navy Expert Pistol Medal 
Navy Expert Rifle Medal 

Warrant Officer Atwood is married to Senior Chief Yeoman Kat O'Connor 
They have four children: Chinell, Christopher, Nicholas and Zachary.
