Served from August 1972 to January 1996, went to NROTC Orlando one of the first company to graduate the new  Navy boot camp.  Served various commands world wide and on the USS Forrestal CV-59, USS Saratoga CV-60 and Independence CV-62. Birmingham SSN-695, my last duty station was Naples, Italia. After retiring I worked on MSC ships for a few yrs. Active duty  1965-85 honorably discharged.
