Served from July 68 to May 72. Went to Great Lakes Naval Recruit Training Center and the Quartermaster School at Newport Rhode Island. Was assigned to the USS Taluga (AO62). I Spent three tours off the coast of VietNam, 69,70 & 71 and was home ported out of Long Beach, California as well as Subic Bay in the Philipines. Honorably Discharged in May 1972.
