Joined USN 1955 in Phoenix, AZ.  Boot Camp, San Diego Naval Training Center.  Served aboard USS Eldorado (AGC-11), Amphibious Group Command Ship 1956-57, home port San Diego, CA.
Honorable discharge 1961.  Presently PACE (Program For Afloat Education) Professor teaching Biology and Psychology and pre-college courses aboard navy ships.  Member Naval Institute.
