Enlisted in 1982 and attended Basic Training at San Diego and proceeded to TM "A" school in Orlando. My first assignment after completing training in Orlando was aboard the USS CANOPUS (AS-34).After about 4 years on board I transferred to the USS EDWARD McDONNEL (FF-1043) out of Mayport and was part of the Decommisioning Crew. After Decom I went to Naval Submarine Support Facility (NSSF) New London where I worked at the MK 48 Torpedo Inter-Maintenance Facility. After finishing up a little shore duty I got orders to the USS BOWEN (FF-1079) out of Norfolk. Upon leaving the BOWEN I went to the USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN-71) also out of Norfolk. Once again I finished up my sea duty and Shore Duty took me to Service School Command (SSC) Orlando where I taught MK 46 "C" School and was also part of the BRAC move to Trident Training Facility (TTF) located in Bangor Washington. After Finishing up that shore duty I recieved orders to the USS Frank Cable (AS-40) where I am currently serving.
