Laura Lynn Tomsen

After high school graduation, Laura Lynn Tomsen attended Niagara County Community college for 2 years.  She worked at various jobs before deciding that she needed more training/education in order to have a rewarding career. Learning about the education benefits offered by the Navy, she decided, in  August 00, to enlist.  Setbacks and delays didn't deter her from her goal, and on January 3, 2001 she enlisted at the Navy Recruiting District Buffalo. Laura is the daughter of Tim and Linda Tomsen, North Tonawanda, NY
