After my discharge in Dec 72 I enlisted in the RI Air National Guard as
a Staff
Sergeant (E-5) My unit, the 102d Tactical Control Squadron was a radar
control unit. I
made E-6 in 74 andMaster Sergeant (E-7) in 77. In July of 78'
I was promoted to 2nd Lt.
and served in a variety of positions, primarily as a Air Weapons Director.
I retired as a Major
in July, 1995 after a total of 30 years in uniform.
