Served Nov 22, 1971 to Nov 21, 1977. Went to Great Lakes Recruit
Training Center then on the BE&E school at Great Lakes. Transferred to Fleet Sonar School, Key West, Fla. My first ship was the USS Vesole DD878 1972-1975. I was on a UNITAS cruise to South America and on a Med cruise. I met my second ship in Sicily, the USS William V. Pratt DDG44 1975-1977. Honorable Discharge in Nov. 1977.
