John Paul is from Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, his wife's name is Carol. He was Honorably Discharged 05/12/46 as a USN, Radioman 2/C, and he's an Iwo Jima Survivor. His Tours of Duty included USNTS, Sampson, NY; USS LST 812; USS LCT 1269; LCT (6) Group 85; US LST 1047. His Awards included World War II Victory Medal; American Campaign Medal; Asiatic-Pacific Campaining Medal; 2 Stars Navy Occupation Medal with Asia Clasp; Philippine Liberation Ribbon.
